Unlawful, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content

Attempts to generate or replicate the real voice, identity, or likeness of any person — including parents, celebrities, public figures, or copyrighted or protected characters

Misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information

Sensitive personal information unrelated to the service (such as a child's last name, exact date of birth, home address, phone number, medical details, photos, voice recordings, or other unnecessary personal information)

Information that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights

Abuse of our refund, remake, delivery, or chargeback processes

Scraping, attacking, exploiting, reverse-engineering, or otherwise interfering with the service

Using automated means to overload or disrupt the service

Attempting to access orders or information that do not belong to you

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order or refund request where we reasonably believe the service is being misused, or where the request violates these terms or applicable law.

If you'd like a name included, use a first name or nickname rather than a full name
